- 自社のWebシステム開発のプロジェクトについてのチーム・マネジメント業務および、システムの設計・開発したシステムの分析など
- 日本本社からのシステム開発についての要望をチーム内メンバーに伝える
- ソフトウェア開発の設計からテストまでの計画を作成し、それに沿ってプロジェクトマネジメントを実行
- Quality, Cost, Delivery, Function の目標を設定し、それらを達成するためにチームのマネージメントを行う
- チームメンバーの評価とフィードバックを行う
