- 日本本社からのシステム開発についての要望をチーム内メンバーに伝える
- ソフトウェア開発の設計からテストまでの計画を作成し、それに沿ってプロジェクトマネジメントを実行
- Quality, Cost, Delivery, Function の目標を設定し、それらを達成するためにチームのマネージメントを行う
- チームメンバーの評価とフィードバックを行う
YÊU CẦU
- 日本語スキル：N2以上
- 26~35歳が望ましい
- Java、PHPでの開発経験が2年以上
- Webシステムの開発経験（E-commerce経験 is plus）
- DB設計経験、サーバー経験
- チームマネジメントの経験が２～３年以上
